Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. We simply ask for advance notice so we can offer your appointment time to another patient.

24-Hour Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee. This fee reflects the cost of the reserved appointment time that could not be filled.

No-Show Fee

Missed appointments without any prior notice (no-shows) may be charged the full session fee:

  • Initial Vestibular Assessment (60 min): $150
  • Follow-up Session (30 min): $75

Illness or Emergency

We understand that unexpected illness and emergencies happen. If you are unwell or facing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment without penalty.

Why We Have This Policy

As a specialized vestibular therapy clinic, our appointment slots are limited. When a patient cancels without notice, that time often cannot be filled — meaning another patient who could have been seen misses out. This policy helps ensure that all patients have fair access to timely care.
