Stephanie

Vestibular & Concussion Physiotherapist

With advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, I've helped hundreds of patients resolve BPPV, recover from vestibular neuritis, and return to full activity after concussion — often in just a few sessions.

I take an unhurried, evidence-based approach. Whether it's a repositioning manoeuvre or a complex balance disorder, I find the root cause and build a treatment plan that gets results.

Vestibular & Concussion Physiotherapist

I pursued advanced continuing education in vestibular assessment and concussion rehab because these conditions are so treatable — yet so many patients go months without answers. Seeing someone walk out symptom-free after their first Epley manoeuvre is exactly why I do this work.

From post-concussion dizziness to Ménière's disease and motion sensitivity, I bring a thorough, patient-centred approach to every assessment.
